Use this online form to send an unequivocal statutory withdrawal notice or a request under our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.

Before you submit

The two request types are separate. Choose the option that describes what you want to exercise.

Consumers may withdraw from an eligible distance service contract without giving a reason within 14 days after it is concluded. A lawful proportionate charge may apply where immediate service start was expressly requested.
The voluntary guarantee refunds the amount actually paid for an eligible first monthly or yearly Individual or Team purchase when the request is submitted within 30 days after the first successful charge. It is available once per eligible person or organisation and excludes renewals, reactivations, plan changes, added seats, custom contracts, fraud, duplicate claims, and abuse.
You do not need to give a reason. The optional note is only for details that may help us identify or process the request.

Your receipt confirms when the notice reached us. We verify eligibility and process any refund separately. Selecting an owned paid subscription also schedules it not to renew while we review the request.
