You create a digital business card with your contact information, customize it with your branding (colors, logo), and share it via a unique QR code. When someone scans your QR code, they instantly see your contact card and can save your information directly to their device.

Plans & Pricing

We offer four plans: Free (1 default card, no customization), Individual (€3/month, 1 customized card with your branding), Team (€5/user/month for 5+ users with team management features), and Enterprise (custom pricing with MS AD integration, custom design, and unlimited users).
The Free plan includes 1 default business card with a QR code that has our portal logo. The card is white with black text only, and no customization is available. It's perfect for trying out the service.
The Individual plan (€3/month) gives you 1 business card with full customization: your own logo on the QR code, your company name, custom colors, and complete branding control. Perfect for freelancers and individual professionals.
Team plans start at €5 per user per month for 5 or more seats. You can choose the number of seats you need (minimum 5) and enjoy volume discounts for larger teams. You can upgrade or downgrade the number of seats anytime.
Enterprise plans include MS Active Directory integration with auto-access for new users, custom card design with custom fonts and typography, CSV export for Outlook contacts, custom attributes (like department, parking card), custom PWA branding, single/multi-tenant options, and priority support with SLA.
Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Individual or Team at any time. Team plan users can adjust the number of seats up or down as needed. Contact our sales team for Enterprise plan changes.
Yes! Our Free plan lets you try QuickCard.Digital with no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready to unlock more features.

Yes! With Individual, Team, and Enterprise plans, you can customize colors, add your logo, set your company name, and brand your QR code. Enterprise plans also include custom fonts, typography, and completely custom card designs.
Yes! Individual, Team, and Enterprise plans allow you to upload your company logo, which will appear on your digital card and can also be added to your QR code branding.
Each digital card has a unique QR code that links to your contact information. When someone scans the code with their phone camera, they instantly see your digital business card. Free plan QR codes include our branding, while paid plans use your own branding.
You can include your name, job title, company, phone number, email, website, and social media links. Enterprise plans also support custom attributes like department, office location, parking card number, and more.

You can invite team members by email or generate a shareable invitation link. Team members receive an invitation and can create their own contact card with your company's unified branding. For events, you can use CSV bulk import to invite multiple people at once.
CSV bulk import allows you to invite multiple team members at once by uploading a CSV file with their information. This is especially useful for conferences, trade shows, and corporate events where you need to onboard many people quickly.
Yes! Team and Enterprise plans include a search feature that lets you quickly find and view contact cards of team members. This is perfect for large organizations where you need to look up colleagues' information.

Enterprise Features

Enterprise plans can integrate with Microsoft Active Directory for seamless user authentication and management. This allows auto-access for new users added to your AD, single sign-on (SSO), and synchronized user management.
Single-tenant means your organization has a dedicated, isolated instance of QuickCard.Digital with complete data separation. Multi-tenant allows multiple organizations to share infrastructure while maintaining data privacy. We can help you choose the right architecture.
Yes! Enterprise plans include CSV export functionality that formats your contact cards for easy import into Microsoft Outlook. You can also use our Outlook contacts merger to sync and update contacts.
Enterprise plans let you add custom fields to contact cards beyond standard information. Examples include department, office location, parking card number, building access level, employee ID, or any other company-specific data you need.
Yes! Enterprise plans allow you to customize the PWA with your own logo, name, and branding. This creates a fully white-labeled experience that looks like your own company application.

Yes! You maintain full ownership of your data and can export your contact information at any time. Enterprise plans include advanced export options including CSV format for Outlook and other systems.
The platform requires internet connection to load initially, but once loaded, basic viewing of your card works offline. Recipients need internet to first access your shared card, but can save the information offline.
Yes! We are fully GDPR compliant. Users have full control over their personal data, can request data deletion at any time, and we provide transparent data processing information.
Using Your Digital Card

Yes! When someone views your digital card, they can easily save your contact information directly to their phone's contacts app with one tap - no manual typing required.
When someone shares a card with you, you can save it into your personal card wallet — available on every plan, including Free. Cards in your wallet stay live: when the owner updates their details, the saved card updates too. You can also receive cards as email invitations and accept or decline them right in your wallet.
Yes! One of the biggest advantages of digital cards is that you can update your information anytime, and everyone with your QR code will always see the latest version. No need to reprint and redistribute cards.
No! Your QR code is permanent and will continue to work as long as you maintain your QuickCard.Digital account. If you update your information, the same QR code will show the updated details.
Account & Billing

Click "Start free" or "Get Started Free" on our homepage, provide your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account and can start creating your digital card immediately.
Log in to your account, go to the Subscription page, and select the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of your billing period for downgrades.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor Stripe. Enterprise customers can also request invoice billing.
Yes! You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your subscription within the first 14 days, contact our support team at [email protected] for a full refund.
